All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Romania.

Processing Times
As each Madonnna Oriente piece is handmade, please allow time for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the item and are indicated on the relevant product page.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free to all destinations currently available at checkout.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for international orders for €40. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, postal service, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country, where applicable.
